How much will my property rent for?

We can perform a free property analysis to determine this. We will gather the history of nearby rentals and send you a detailed report.

How much is collected for a security deposit?

Generally, we require a minimum of one month’s rent and an additional deposit for a pet. It may be necessary to collect a higher deposit amount to offset any risk

What are your smoking and pet policies?

We do not allow smoking inside our properties. All pets must be approved by the owner and screened.

What happens if my tenant does not pay rent?

Although we screen carefully to be sure we are only placing qualified tenants in your property, there is always the possibility that a tenant may fail to pay rent. BlackArc enforces a strict rent collection policy to protect our owners’ interests. 

What do I need to do to prepare my property for renting?

Tenants expect all major systems to be in operating condition, all health and safety issues to be addressed, and the property to be ‘movein’ ready. This may include painting, carpet cleaning, interior cleaning and minor repairs.
